To make your booking fill in this form.

Please send a deposit of 50% of the full cost at the time of booking.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Walks for Women' and posted to:
Walks for Women, Old Farmhouse, Moorfoot, Clifton, Penrith, Cumbria CA10 2EP.
Alternatively direct payments can be made to the Walks for Women bank account:
Lloyds TSB Penrith Sort Code 30-16-28 Account Number 00138004
Please use your name as the reference code when you pay directly into our bank account.
The balance of your booking must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start date.

How to fill in this Booking Form

Please complete all the text boxes marked with * NB The form will not send if all * boxes are not complete.
Once you have completed all the boxes go to the 'send' button at bottom right corner of form and click on it. The button will then display 'OK' and the message 'Congratulations thanks for submitting your information' will appear at the top of the Booking Form. A new blank form for a new booking will appear when you click on 'OK'.
We will also acknowledge receipt of your form and your deposit by email.

Reduced charges for women on a low income:
You are asked on this booking form if you are on a low income. This is because we operate a sliding scale of charges as we want to encourage women on benefits, a low income or a pension to join us on the fells. If you enter 'YES' in this box we will reduce the charge. This information is, as is all the information on the Booking Form, confidential and data protected.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

In making this booking you are agreeing to the following:
You have ensured that you are physically fit for the walk/short break/course you have chosen.
You have with you on arrival the Walks for Women recommended clothes/kit for the activity you have booked on.
You have notified Walks for Women of any illnesses/medical conditions that might affect your ability to participate safely in the activities you have booked.
You understand that the weather conditions can be severe and unpredictable. If your walk/short break/course is adversely affected by the conditions we will endeavour to provide suitable and appropriate alternatives.
You agree to abide by such regulations as Walks for Women may consider advisable.
You understand that if you make an alteration to a booking once a confirmation email has been sent toyou then you must give us new instructions in writing and an amendment fee of £25.00 applies
You understand if you transfer or cancel your booking within 6 weeks prior to the start of the course and if your place cannot be filled then you will be liable for the full course fee. Bookings must be accompanied by a 50% deposit and the balance of your booking charge must be paid a full 6 weeks prior to the start of the walk/short break/activity you have booked on.
