Yet if a woman never lets herself go, how will she ever know how far she might have got? If she never takes off her high heeled shoes, how will she ever know how far she could walk or how fast she could run? Germaine Greer

Fell Running Courses 2011

Brand new for 2011 are our Introduction to Fell Running and Becoming a Fell Runner programmes. Ali Bramall has been running and racing on the fells for more than 30 years and is now combining her professional role as a Business Coach with her passion of being in the hills.
Courses will be based at her beautiful home in Sedbergh, in the Yorkshire Dales, www.summerhillsedbergh.com
Ali has a range of experience and skills which means she’s able to provide programmes that are unique – combining the mind and body approaches of NLP, Qi Gong, Energetic NLP and the Inner Game. She has also trained in Kinetic Chain Release, which balances the body and ensures that you’re physically set up to move at your best and prevent injury. Both programmes will give you a truly holistic experience and set of skills that are equally applicable to the other parts of your life. She will take you over the Howgills and across the Lake District fells, giving you a wonderful time and whole new way of experiencing the mountains.
